Processing Times

The majority of our products are made on demand and shipped from our providers in North America directly to you.  The production time varies depending on the product and how many orders are in the queue.  On average it takes approximately 6 to 8 business days for your order to be made under normal circumstances.

Shipping Times

Once complete your art pieces will be shipped directly to you via USPS First Class or Priority mail within the United States.  Shipping times are dependent on the carrier and are in addition to the processing times.

On average from order, processing to shipping you should receive your package within 3 to 4 weeks.  

Other Important Information

  1. We work with multiple vendors to source the best materials to display our art.  As a result, your products may not be shipped from the same destination and may be delivered at different times due to production times and locations.  
  2. It is the customers responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address at check out.
  3. If there is a manufacturing mistake during printing your item, you do not receive your product or it is damaged during shipping please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
  4. Shipping costs are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Harvey & Hines LLC.

International Shipping (outside of the USA)

Canada

All packages shipped to Canada from our vendor in Canada, Art of Where, are shipped via Canada Post. 

All other items shipped from the United States will use USPS/Canada Post.  Packages shipping outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.  These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Harvey & Hines LLC are not responsible for the above mentioned charges.

If a package is returned to Harvey & Hines LLC with unpaid customs fees, the buyer can either:

  1. Receive a refund for the items minus the cost of shipping
  2. Repay the shipping cost to resend the package with understanding that the buyer is required to pay the customs fees for delivery to occur.
