Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for wrong sizing which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded. Please ensure the items you are returning are packaged into one parcel. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as listed as the return address on the package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned and Lost Packages
If a package is returned to us because the customer provided the wrong address and/or has not claimed the package after the delivery attempt from the carrier, a refund will not be issued.
Harvey & Hines LLC. is not responsible for products lost in the mail. If this does occur, please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date so we can contact the postal carrier to see how we can help get your products to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Requests submitted without clear photos will not be considered.
Damage caused by the carrier or by careless opening is not the responsibility of Harvey & Hines LLC.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees as shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charges that may have been incurred will not be refunded by Harvey & Hines LLC.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@harveyandhines.com.
